Ocean comes with a vast variety of customizable Theme Options that help you setup websites with unique look & feel. You can setup most of them globally for your website in the Theme Options panel then you can modify some of them on a per page basis under your page editor. An extended version of the WordPress Customize screen is also available where you can preview some of the global settings Live on your website as you make the changes.
